   We’re currently offering drone delivery in select areas of Winston-Salem, NC. Check-in here to sign up and be the first to know when Drone Express is available near you!
3. How do I prepare for drone delivery?
   All people, pets, and objects must remain at least 15 feet away from the aircraft as it descends when expecting a drone delivery.
4. When can I place my first order?
   If you are in our 1-mile delivery radius, you may place your order through our Drone Express app (DE NOW). We are launching in stages to ensure a smooth rollout and will share delivery availability, as we expand to new communities. Be sure to stay up-to-date on when we are in your neighborhood by signing up here.
5. How do I place an order?
   Download the Drone Express app on Apple or Android. Ensure location services are enabled and place your order. Relax and get back to what you love! Your package will be there before you know it. You can also follow your order updates in our mobile app and watch for our drone! Remember, to keep a safe distance from the aircraft for a safe and seamless delivery!
6. What are the hours of operation for Drone Express drone delivery service?
   Our operating hours in Winston-Salem are Friday-Sunday, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. For more information about drone service availability, please visit droneexpress.com. In cases of severe weather, heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or other inclement weather conditions, drone delivery will be temporarily unavailable.

Drone Express is working towards obtaining the Part 135 certification and now flights under Part 107 operations.
